Shipping
Every Philosophers Quill piece is made to order. When you place an order, your garment is printed at a production facility in the United States — close to you, not shipped across the world.
Production: Because each piece is printed on demand, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.
Delivery: Once shipped, standard delivery within the US typically takes 3–5 business days. Standard shipping is free on every order — no minimums, no codes. You will receive a tracking link by email the moment your order is on its way.
Returns & Exchanges
Each garment is printed individually for you, so we handle returns with care and honesty:
Damaged or misprinted items: If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or flawed in any way, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it free of charge — no need to return the original.
Natural variation: Our garments are pigment-dyed individually, so shade and texture vary slightly from piece to piece. This is intentional and is not considered a fault.
Sizing: Our tees run intentionally oversized. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. If you are between sizes and unsure, reach out — we would rather help you get it right the first time.
Change of mind: Because each piece is made to order, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns on correctly fulfilled orders. If something else has gone wrong, contact us — we will always work to make it right.
