Refund policy

Our promise

Every Philosophers Quill garment is printed to order, individually, when you place your order. Because nothing sits in a warehouse, our policy is built on a simple promise: if we get it wrong, we make it right, fast and free. If the garment arrives exactly as ordered, it is yours.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at connect@philosophersquill.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. Once confirmed, we will send a free replacement — you do not need to return the original. If you would prefer a refund instead of a replacement, we will refund your original payment method in full.

Sizing

Our garments are made to order in the size you select, so please review the size guide on each product page before ordering — our fits run intentionally relaxed, and the guide includes exact measurements. If you are between sizes or unsure, email us before you order and we will help you get it right the first time. Orders fulfilled correctly in the size selected are not eligible for return or exchange.

Change of mind

Because each piece is produced individually for your order, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns, cancellations after production has begun, or exchanges on correctly fulfilled items. Sale items and gift cards are likewise non-refundable.
