Shipping policy

Made to order, shipped from the US

Every Philosophers Quill garment is printed individually when you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse. Orders for US customers are produced at print facilities within the United States, which means domestic shipping speeds without international transit or customs.

Delivery timeframes

Please allow 2–5 business days for your garment to be produced, then 3–5 business days for standard delivery within the United States. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a tracking link the moment it ships.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, holidays, and high-volume periods can occasionally extend transit times. If your order has not arrived within 15 business days, contact us at connect@philosophersquill.com and we will chase it down.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping within the United States is free on every order. No minimums, no codes.

An Express delivery option is available at checkout for $15.00 USD. Express applies to the delivery leg only — production time of 2–5 business days applies regardless of method selected.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States only. If you are outside the US email us at connect@philosophersquill.com. We will let you know when we are able to reach you.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, see our Return and Refund Policy. We replace confirmed issues free of charge. If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate with the carrier.

A note on garment dyeing

Our garments are pigment-dyed individually, so shade and texture vary slightly from piece to piece. This variation is intentional and is not considered a fault or a defect.
